Keto Friendly Instant Pot Chili

Ingredients


- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions


1. Set the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper and cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 7 minutes.
2. Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt and stir to combine.
3. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, green chiles, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
4. Lock the lid into place and set the Instant Pot to the manual setting for 15 minutes.
5. When the timer is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before doing a quick release.
6. Serve the chili garnished with freshly chopped cilantro.

Notes


- You can substitute ground turkey for the ground beef, if desired.
- Feel free to add more or less of the spices, depending on your tastes.
- For a thicker chili, add 1/4 cup of almond flour at the end.
