Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites
Description
This dish is the perfect appetizer for any party. It consists of bite-sized pieces of chicken wrapped in bacon, coated in a creamy cheese sauce and topped with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. To make it even more delicious, you can add some diced jalapenos for a bit of a kick.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Optional: 1 diced jalapeno
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
3. Place the chicken pieces in the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
4. Wrap each chicken piece with a slice of bacon.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken pieces in the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
6. When the timer goes off, release the pressure and remove the chicken from the pot.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheese and diced jalapeno (if using).
8. Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Top with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
10. Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°F.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
