Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh plums, cut into small pieces

- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup water

- Whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

1. Place the plum pieces, sugar, butter, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and salt in the Instant Pot. Stir to combine. Pour in the water and stir again. Lock the lid in place and set the valve to "sealing."

2. Select the "manual" setting and set the time to 25 minutes. When the cook time has finished, allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid.

3. Carefully remove the pudding from the Instant Pot and transfer it to a serving bowl. Let the pudding cool before serving.
