Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 lb) frozen turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Take the frozen turkey breast out of the package and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey. Place the turkey in the Instant Pot and pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Close the lid and set the valve to "sealing". Press the "manual" or "pressure cook" button and set the timer to 30 minutes.
  5. Once the timer is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
  6. Carefully open the lid and check the internal temperature of the turkey. It should be at least 165°F. If it is not done, you can put the lid back on and pressure cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Once the turkey is done, remove it from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
