Instructions

Start by seasoning the pork loin with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Press the “Saute” button on the Instant Pot. When it’s hot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the seasoned pork loin to the Instant Pot and brown it for about 3 minutes on each side.
