Ingredients
- 2 large onions, sliced into rings

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Start by prepping the onion rings. Slice the onions into 1/2-inch thick rings and place in a bowl. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined. 3. Add the water and oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms. 4. Dip each onion ring into the batter and coat evenly. 5. Place the coated onion rings into the Instant Pot and pour the remaining batter over the top. 6. Secure the lid and set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. 7. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick release any remaining pressure. 8. Open the lid and remove the onion rings from the pot. 9.
