Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with the paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the butter, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cream of chicken soup, milk, and pork chops. Stir to combine. Add the rice, chicken broth, and frozen peas. Stir to combine.
  4. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set to Manual/High Pressure for 15 minutes. Make sure the pressure valve is set to sealing.
  5. When the cooking time is complete, use the quick release to release the pressure. Carefully remove the lid and stir the ingredients. The pork chops should be cooked through and the rice should be tender. Serve immediately.
