Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until softened. Add the potatoes and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add the herbs and spices and sauté for another minute. Add the chicken thighs and pour the chicken broth or water over the top. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Once the cook time is finished, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken and potatoes from the Instant Pot and serve.
