Instructions

1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Sauté" setting. 2. Add the olive oil and let it heat up. 3. Add the garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, oregano, and thyme to the pot and stir until they are combined. 4. Add the pork loin to the pot and brown it on both sides. 5.
