Ingredients

Instructions

1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.

3. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter and then pour the graham cracker crumb mixture into the pan. Use your fingers to press the crust down so it is evenly distributed.

4. Bake the crust for 8 minutes in the preheated oven.

5. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.

6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pre-baked crust.

7. Place the Oreo cookies on top of the cream cheese mixture.

8. Place the cake pan in the Instant Pot and pour in 1 cup of water.

9. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the vent.

10. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.

11. Once the cheesecake has finished cooking, allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes.

12. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the Instant Pot and allow it to cool.

13. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
