Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb) frozen turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Add the chicken broth to the Instant Pot. Place the frozen turkey breast in the Instant Pot. If it doesn't fit completely, cut it in half.
2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Rub the dry mixture all over the turkey breast.
3. Close the lid of the Instant Pot, making sure the valve is set to sealing. Select the manual setting and adjust the cooking time to 45 minutes.
4. Once the cooking time is up, let the Instant Pot naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes. Then turn the valve to venting to release the remaining pressure.
5. Carefully remove the turkey from the Instant Pot and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
