Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 lbs potatoes

  • 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Start by assembling the meatloaf. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix together until everything is evenly combined.

2. Place the potatoes in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Place the meatloaf on top of the potatoes. Pour 1 cup of water over the potatoes and meatloaf.

3. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to “sealing”. Press the “manual” button and set the timer for 25 minutes. Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.

4. Once the pressure has released, carefully open the lid. Remove the meatloaf and set aside. Carefully add the milk and butter to the potatoes, and mash until creamy. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Slice the meatloaf and serve with the mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
