- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions



1. Turn your mini Instant Pot onto the sauté setting.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.
3. Add the paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add the beef broth, tomato paste, and sour cream and stir to combine.
5. Close the lid of the mini Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 15 minutes.
6. When the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then quick release the remaining pressure.
