Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat oil in the Instant Pot using the Sauté setting. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add pork chops and season with thyme, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes, flipping halfway through.

2. Add apples and chicken broth to the Instant Pot. Secure the lid and make sure the valve is set to Sealing. Select the Meat/Stew setting and cook for 10 minutes. When finished, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick-releasing any remaining pressure.

3. Serve pork chops and apples with your favorite sides.

Notes
