Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into individual ribs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, brown sugar, sea salt and black pepper.
- Rub the mixture onto the ribs and let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, then place the rack in the bottom of the pot.
- Add the ribs to the pot and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- Once the timer is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the pot and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce and place them under the broiler for 5 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
- Serve the ribs with your favorite sides.

Notes
