Instructions

  • Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot. Turn the vent to the “sealing” position. Press the “manual” button and set the time to 10 minutes. The Instant Pot will take about 10 minutes to come up to pressure.
  • When the time is up, turn off the Instant Pot and carefully turn the vent to the “venting” position to release the pressure. When the pressure has been released, carefully remove the lid.
  • Serve the Bolognese sauce over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
