    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Instructions

    1. Set the Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add the butter and allow it to melt. Add the cubed chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

    2. Add the rice and vegetable broth. Stir to combine. Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes. When the timer is done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

    3. Once the pressure has released, remove the lid and add the heavy cream. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with a green salad, if desired.
