Ingredients

Instructions

1. Heat the Instant Pot on the “sauté” setting. Add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.

2. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.

3. Add the mushrooms, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.

5. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the valve. Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” for 12 minutes.

6. When the cooking time is complete, quick release the pressure.

7. Serve the dish with your favorite sides.
