If you love creamy sauce, you’ll be in love with this Creamy Instant Pot Chicken. It’s a simple and easy, one-pot meal that can be made all in the same pot, and ready in just 30 minutes. Ingredients:



- 3-4 Chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions:



1. Turn on your Instant Pot and set it to the “Saute” mode.
2. Add olive oil and diced onion and cook until the onion is transparent.
3. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add chicken broth and chicken breasts.
5. Secure the lid and turn the valve to “Sealing” position.
6. Cook for 12 minutes on “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” setting.
7. When the cooking time is up, do a quick pressure release.
8. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks.
9. Put the chicken back into the pot and add the cream cheese.
10. Stir the mixture until the cream cheese has melted.
11. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
12. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until combined.
13. Add parsley and stir until combined.
14. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
