Instructions
1. Place the sirloin cubes in the Instant Pot and season with salt and pepper. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to “Manual” and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
2. While the steak is cooking, prepare the mushroom sauce. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are softened. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
4. When the steak is finished cooking, release the pressure and open the lid. Turn the Instant Pot to the “Saute” setting and add the mushroom sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
