Ingredients

Instructions

To begin, add the beef broth and beer to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Place the brisket in the pot and rub with the brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Add the onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Select manual/pressure cook, and set the timer for 60 minutes. When the timer is done, allow for a natural release. Once the pressure has released, carefully remove the brisket from the pot and shred or slice. Serve with cooked vegetables and potatoes.
